A transcript can be verbatim (word-for-word including filler words) or clean (edited for readability). It can be produced in a single language or combined with translation into another language.

We accept common formats including MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV, AVI and WMV. If your file is in a different format, send us a sample and we will confirm whether we can work with it.
Turnaround depends on the length of the recording, audio quality and the format you need. Standard and urgent options are available. We confirm the turnaround when we quote.
Pricing is based on the length of the recording, audio quality, number of speakers and the format (verbatim or clean). We provide a fixed quote after reviewing the file.
Yes. We label each speaker in the transcript. Tell us how many speakers are in the recording and, if possible, provide their names or roles.
